Queen Spokane Concert reviews
A. Bocelli was amazing as were the orchestra & others.
The venue was a detriment to our experience, yet the concert started 40 minutes late. Latecomers, particularly those with seats on the floor, were allowed to block our view for extended periods as they searched for their seats. It was a steady stream of people as if the concert hadn’t yet started, and those people should have had to wait until intermission to find their seat. Also, the venue should have had signs posted in the parking lots regarding the purse size rule. Many were unaware of this new rule, and having to walk back to the farthest parking lot was taxing and upsetting, even though we were an hour and a half early. If you just go to one big event a year, new rules aren’t always known. The exit system in the largest back parking lots need to be improved. It took almost 40 minutes to get out of the parking lots because certain lanes were able to exit while many lanes were stuck. Sadly, it was very upsetting. Once we were on the public streets all went smoothly. However, there should have been attendants in the parking lot to make people take turns feeding into the one lane exits. The concert itself was good, yet it would have been a wonderful experience if the venue was more customer-friendly. I will never go to the AT&T San Antonio facility again.
